We here at Everglades Swamp Tours love seeing new and repeat faces and although it would make us sad, we understand that things happen. In that case, you MUST contact us to cancel 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled reservation to receive a full refund. If you do not call or email the office and/or decide to cancel your tour less than 24 hours before your reservation, we will not issue a refund.
