If you have any complications or concerns on our site. Please give our office a call. 305-849-0135 Due to water levels, we have to stay within the main waterway areas that travel through the Everglades. Although that means we will not be able to venture out into and through the grassy marsh, you will still get to see plenty of alligators, birds, fish and other wildlife that call this natural wonder their home. We look forward to stopping and talking with you about this diverse ecosystem and many of the unique things that live within it.

There will be no refunds given to no-shows.

We here at Everglades Swamp Tours love seeing new and repeat faces and although it would make us sad, we understand that things happen.  In that case, you MUST contact us to cancel 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled reservation to receive a full refund. If you do not call or email the office and/or decide to cancel your tour less than 24 hours before your reservation, we will not issue a refund.
